[Meta] Help Wanted: writing link annotations/summaries

I am looking for an assistant to write summaries of external links on gwern.net; I am currently offering $15/hour for help.
The latest & greatest gwern.net feature are the 'link annotations': when you mouseover an external link, a box will popup with the title/authodate and an abstract/summary/excerpt. I think they are an enormous improvement over regular external links, making hyperlinks much more informative to the user.
The downside is that only a small fraction of my external links can be handled by scripts I've written to query Arxiv etc, and the rest must be written manually. I've been writing annotations by hand myself, but between everything, I haven't had much energy to do so, and coverage is increasing very slowly. This makes the popups a lot less useful than they could be. (I fallback to a screenshot of the link, which is better than nothing.)
So, I'm looking for help. Specifically, I have a list of un-annotated external link URLs sorted by frequency, and I want for each one, the URL, title, authors, date, DOI (if any), and its abstract in Markdown (or if there is no abstract or it's a really bad abstract, then a summary, or if that's too hard, key excerpts).
Specifically:
For PDFs, creating an annotation is typically very easy: copy-paste, fix PDF formatting errors like no-spaces or ligatures, add italics to things like n or p, spellcheck, hunt down a DOI if not listed on the first page. A few minutes at most. For writing a summary, it can take a lot longer.
If you'd like to volunteer—great! I appreciate it.
But I figure I'll need to pay for this since it's tedious. Since it's not that hard but does require being careful for the best results and I don't trust a service like Mechanical Turk for this, I'm willing to try out an hourly wage of $15 for starters, since I figure that for easy links, one should be able to annotate >20/hour, which keeps the high-priority links within my budget. (If after trying it out this strikes you as lowballing it, let me know.) I can pay most easily via Bitcoin, Amazon gift cards, or Paypal.
If you're interested, email me at [email protected]

Rules and Guidelines for Starbound Trade

Work in Progress. Updating as time goes on.
What Can You Trade?
ONLY trading in-game items are allowed on this Subreddit. Use and posts other than in-game items will result in a ban. For example, someone posting a trade wanting or offering paypal, bitcoins, etc. will be banned without question.
Trade Posts
When making trade posts, make it look neat and organized as possible, especially when making stores.
Post Title
Make sure to use the [H], [W], and [PC] in your titles, with the item named after it. [H] stands for HAVE, [W] stands for WANT, and [PC] stands for PRICE CHECK. This will allow other users to see what you have to offer or want easily. If there are too many things to list in the title, don't name them all, instead, list them in your text with an organized format.
Example: [H] Legendary Weapon [W] Tier 10 Ores
Formatting
Formatting your post in a neat and organized manner will help everyone understand what you want and what you have to offer.
Using one * in front of and at the end of a sentence or word without a space in between, will make the text Italic.
Using two * in front of and at the end of a sentence or word without a space in between, will make the text Bold
Using one * in front of a word or text with a space in between will allow for bullets to be used. This is helpful when listing a large amount of items. Example below.

Items I Want:
Link/Text Flairs
When you create a text post/trade, you have the option to choose two flairs for that post. "Pending" and "Completed". This should be pretty self explanatory but for those who don't understand, when you are still looking for a trade, tag your post with a "Pending" flair, and once completed, change it to "Completed". This will allow for other users to know which posts are still undergoing and which have been completed.
How To: Once you create your post, click the flair text as you see here. Once you have done that, a menu will pop up with two options, Pending and Completed. Based on the status of your post, pick one of them. You can change your status by repeating the process again.
User Flairs
You can set up flairs next to your Reddit Username at the top right with the edit button. You can enter your Steam name or SteamID URL so others know who you are.
How To: At the top right of the subreddit page, your user name is listed. Next to your name, there is an edit button. Once you click this, a small box will pop up with a text space, where you can enter your Steam name or SteamID URL.
Questions
More information about formatting your post can be found by clicking the "formatting help" section when posting your trade. If you still have trouble formatting your post, ask for help in your post.

A section header is made using the [h]Header Text[/h] format. It's a good idea to leave a blank line above and below a header. bold text can be made using some text. italics can be made using some text. strike-through can be made using [s]some text[/s]. underline can be made using some text. colors can be made using some text. Something that has not been covered yet is the combination of two or three parameters, e. g. bold and underline, in a predefined color. This is achieved by a 3-way syntax, for instance: ~$ printf "\e[3;4;33mthis is a test\n\e[0m" will cause "this is a test" to be printed in yellow color (33m), italic (3m) AND underlined (4m).Note that it is not necessary to repeat the \e[every time.
